Polling: Joe Biden Is Losing Steam in the Democratic Primary, Ukraine Scandal Is Backfiring

Further, news about the Bidens' dealings in Ukraine seems to be backfiring...and not on President Trump. A new Monmouth University poll shows talk of impeachment isn't hurting Trump's re-election chances and people have serious questions about why Hunter Biden locked down a series of expensive, sweetheart gigs overseas while his father was Vice President.

Elizabeth Warren and former Vice President Joe Biden as the leading contenders to take on Trump in 2020.  There are signs, though, that Biden could suffer some damage from the unfolding Ukraine story.

“Support for Trump’s reelection hasn’t budged, even after the events of last week. These revelations, or at least the way they were filtered through the media outlets used by different groups of voters, just served to confirm preexisting sentiment about the president on both sides,” said Patrick Murray, director of the independent Monmouth University Polling Institute.
