Last week, President Trump gave Attorney General William Barr the power to declassify documents related to Spygate. The allegation that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has spied on the Trump campaign based on faulty political opposition research funded by the Clinton campaign has not gone away. If anything, the allegations have become more serious, roping in the State Department since it appeared to have known the so-called Trump dossier compiled by former MI6-spook Christopher Steele was politically biased. The glaring errors missed by the sources also seem to show the bureau didn’t even bother to verify the dossier, something that then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has refused to answer.
A recent New York Times piece detailed how a Ms. Azra Turk was reportedly sent to oversee the alleged operation that involved covert operatives trying to infiltrate a campaign, collect information, and relay said findings to another party—but this isn’t spying, right? Turk was said to be FBI. George Papadopoulos, a Trump campaign official and the target of Ms. Turk, was said to be a honey pot, using her feminine qualities to entice a discussion about Trump and the Russians. Papadopoulos didn’t really dispute the Times’ reporting, other than he thought Turk was CIA.

The Democratic response was predictable: a total meltdown. From psycho talking points that a cover-up is being undertaken. Yeah, it’s a cover-up, where Trump fully discloses everything. It’s insanity. Also, they say all of this is being done to attack political enemies of the president. Uh, hello—the intelligence community appears to already have been weaponized against Trump. And all this proves is that AG Barr is on the right track. He recently said in an interview that the answers he was given about the whole Russia affair just “don’t hang together.”
Across the pond, Prime Minister Theresa May’s inability to navigate Brexit caused her exit, though the parties representing euro-skepticism did well in the recent EU parliament elections. Back at home, two columns in The New York Times noted that despite voters’ apprehension over his personal antics, Trump is still heavily favored to win re-election. Why? The economy is booming and the powers of incumbency are still potent weapons to any administration in power.
Kanye West recently sat down with former late-night host David Letterman, where the hip-hop artist said that Trump supporters are treated like 'enemies of America," and explained that he wore a MAGA hat at his famous Oval Office meeting with the president to shatter the preconceived notions of those who support this White House. Oh, cue the legions of liberals who say that he’s too mentally ill to know what he’s saying (via Daily Beast):
Then, of course, there is Kanye’s bizarre love affair with President Donald Trump. When Letterman had Obama on his show last year, he pointedly did not ask him to address his successor directly and again here he does not bring up Trump. But thankfully, Kanye does it for him.

Instead of addressing Letterman’s point, Kanye turns around and expresses sympathy for Trump voters who are “treated like enemies of America because that’s what they felt.” After Letterman makes his forceful case against the idea that Trump is some sort of savior to those who voted for him, Kanye takes a long pause.
“Have you ever been beat up in your high school for wearing the wrong hat?” he asks eventually. Asked who is doing the bulk of the bullying in America right now, he replies, “Liberals bully people who are Trump supporters!”
Now, there is a pang of ‘mental illness’ that’s hitting the workforce…and it’s called being soft. Yes, the World Health Organization has classified “burnout” as a legitimate medical diagnosis.
