Bill Shine Resigns as White House Communications Advisor

We've learned that White House deputy chief of staff for communications Bill Shine resigned on Thursday evening. He first took the position in June 2018. Now, he'll be joining the 2020 Trump campaign as a senior advisor. 

The president commended Shine for an "outstanding job" in the administration.
