Ouch: 84 Percent of Dems Prefer Paul Ryan to Lead GOP Over Trump

Democrats around the country really do not want Republican nominee Donald Trump to take control of the GOP and change the future outlook of the party. As a matter of fact, 84 percent of those polled in a NBC News/SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking said they chose Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, while only four percent picked Trump.

In the same poll, 63 percent of Republicans picked Trump and 34 percent picked Ryan. The online survey polled 32,225 likely voters from Oct. 17 to Oct 23.

In a favorability rating contests between Trump and Ryan, Trump leads the 20-year politician by more than 23 points in a recent poll.

And in Ryan's home state of Wisconsin, in Green Bay, thousands chanted "Paul Ryan Sucks!" at a Republican presidential nominee rally.
