The Obama administration hasn’t yet met the requirements of a House resolution to give more information about our operations in Libya. And House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., isn’t happy about that, The Hill reports.

She has set a deadline of Thursday for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to comply with the resolution that was passed June 3.

"As chairman of the committee with primary jurisdiction over foreign relations, intervention abroad, and War Powers, I wanted to underscore the importance of the House action and the need for the administration to immediately comply with the requests for answers and documents, but certainly no later than Thursday June 16, before the 14-day deadline,” Ros-Lehtinen wrote in a June 8 letter to Clinton.

The resolution calls for information about the aims, strategy and cost of our fight in Libya.
