BEIRUT — Lebanese lawmakers have voted to approve the newly formed Hezbollah-dominated Cabinet after a contentious debate over the government’s position in confronting the Islamic militant group.

Members of the country’s Western-backed coalition walked out of parliament during Thursday’s vote. They want the government to promise to arrest four Hezbollah members indicted by an international tribunal in the 2005 assassination of former Lebanese premier Rafik Hariri.
