Never Trump Losers Hit the Hardest This Election Cycle

The opinions expressed by columnists are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Townhall.com.

Trust me, bashing Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, and the Democrats is what we do here, but there’s another group of losers that need to be burned at the stake. They’re this year’s biggest losers. It might be debatable for some, but the Democratic Party isn’t at the top of my list. Maybe it’s a tie for first, but can we discuss these traitors who claim to be Reagan Republicans or conservative Republicans and then try and justify their support for Kamala Harris?

They’re a peculiar breed of voter, one that’s become so anti-Trump that they’ve become no better than Democrats. What’s behind this act of political sadomasochism? How are you defending your core beliefs as a so-called conservative when you vote for someone who would throw you in jail over differing views? Does it make sense for someone who values freedom to vote for a candidate who’s presided over the total politicization and weaponization of the Justice Department? That's Harris. Does it make sense for someone who is pro-life to vote for a party that will make abortion taxpayer-funded? Please don’t get me started on those who think they support the Second Amendment but have declared their allegiance to Harris-Walz.

The only good part is that this so-called movement has a bunch of no-names leading this hapless band of clowns. I fail to see the logic behind those who will cast their lot with those with whom they disagree on everything to save American conservatism.

Vote for Lenin, he’ll preserve freedom.

It’s about Donald Trump, and the whining about this is getting tiring from those who think this party is going back to the Bush-McCain-Romney-Ryan days. They think if they hold out and elect Democrats, then people will see they were the real stalwarts of the GOP. No, we see you as political morons who betrayed everything you stood for because you couldn’t stand Trump dominating the primaries. Trump wouldn’t have taken over if you’d won in 2008 and 2012. Times change, as do party bases—and the Republican Party is right-leaning and neo-populist. We’re done following the now-exposed, unrealistic, and exceedingly expensive foreign policy initiatives of the neoconservative movement because the Vulcans are dead. Eighty-five percent of the Trump agenda is grounded in traditional Republican Party policies. I’d take that over Harris-Walz any day.

These people can manufacture whatever they want: it doesn’t negate that they’re no longer conservative by voting for the most extreme left-wing ticket in modern political history. It kills the "country over party" escape hatch used by anti-Trump squishes who lost their clout in the 2016 elections. That’s what this is about—destroying Trump to regain their spot that no longer exists. It’s been abolished by the voters of the Republican Party.

Why should I listen to someone who claims to be a conservative but will happily vote for leftists because "orange man…bad"? That’s like women* supporting the Taliban. That’s like cows supporting the meat industry. To the Republicans who support Harris, you’re Democrats and morons. When this is over, whether we win or not, we still won’t listen to you since you’re nothing but diseased-riddled political whores, and I’d rather not catch whatever syndrome that’s afflicted you for years.

Just become Democrats; you’re already bending over for them. I hate Democrats, but I might find the "Republicans for Harris" goons to be more abhorrent.

*Obviously, I'm not referring to the blue-haired weirdos in Portland or the wine-guzzling dolts who watch "The View." For some reason, they support these people.
