Legislation Introduced After NY Intern Can't Sue for Sexual Harassment
An unpaid Syracuse University intern was unable to sue the media company where her boss allegedly sexually harassed, a federal judge ruled in New York October 3. State Senator Liz Krueger (D) introduced legislation to close the loophole.
