Court To Decide if Gay Juror Removal is Constitutional
A case over whether it is legal to remove gay individuals from jury duty based on sexual orientation alone, reached the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco Wednesday. The three panel judge has not made a decision.
