Representative Bart Stupak (D-MI), the author of the amendment that excluded funds for abortions, said today on Good Morning America that he and eleven other Democrats will vote against the overhaul bill unless a provision subsidizing abortion is removed. His amendment passed with an overwhelming majority of 240-194 in November.
