Mass. Voter Fraud Watch: Handing Out Absentee Ballots on Election Day?

Election Journal, the same people who produced the video of New Black Panther Party members wielding billy clubs outside of a polling place in 2008, now has video of a woman reportedly handing out absentee ballots in Massachusetts:

A woman--self-identified in the video as Isabel Melendez--is seen explaining how she's been telling people to mark Martha Coakley's name on one of the absentee ballots she's walking around with. 

It's unclear what "Melendez" is doing with a stack of absentee ballots on election day since the deadline for submitting an absentee ballot was last Friday, January 15.
