These Celebrities Are Big Mad That Carrie Underwood Performed at Trump's Inauguration

Grammy award-winning country artist Carrie Underwood performed at President Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday.

“I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the Inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event,” Underwood, 41, said in a statement ahead of her performance. “I am humbled to answer the call at a time when we must all come together in the spirit of unity and looking to the future.”

After experiencing technical difficulties, Underwood sang “America the Beautiful” acapella.

As Townhall covered, Underwood kept her political views private for decades. She first came on the scene in the early 2000s when she won season four of "American Idol."

Predictably, Underwood’s performance at Trump's inauguration sent liberals into a complete tailspin. Woke left-wing activists simply couldn’t fathom that a country singer who grew up on a farm in Oklahoma could be conservative.

One celebrity in particular is Ariana Grande, who has garnered worldwide attention this past year for starring in “Wicked” and for reportedly being a homewrecker. She’s also an award-winning singer and previously starred in a children’s show on Nickelodeon.

After Underwood sang at Trump’s inauguration, Grande “liked” a post on Instagram dissing Underwood’s performance. The post claimed that former Vice President Kamala Harris “evoked” drag queen Coco Montrese, who is known for saying the line “girl, find the note,” implying that Underwood’s performance was off-key.

That wasn’t all. Mandy Moore “liked” the post as well, according to multiple outlets. This is the same celebrity who posted a GoFundMe fundraiser for her relatives who lost their home in the California wildfires this month.

When Moore was called on on this behavior, she responded with, “F*** off.”
