After Her Harris Endorsement, Trump Campaign Trolls Taylor Swift With New Merch

Moments after the first and only debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, Taylor Swift told her 284 million followers on Instagram that she plans to vote for the Democrat.

Claiming to have watched the debate and done her research, the pop superstar said she’s voting for the Harris-Walz ticket “because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”

Swift, who signed her post “Childless Cat Lady,” closed by urging supporters to do their own research and register to vote.

Following that endorsement, Team Trump dropped new merch for all the “Swifties for Trump" based off the singer's Eras t-shirt.

The Harris-Walz campaign also released their own Swift-inspired merchandise, quickly selling out of the friendship bracelets inspired by lyrics from her 2022 song "You're On Your Own, Kid."
