State Department Sends Questions About Libya to Justice Department

The State Department is now referring questions about the investigation into the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya, leaving four Americans dead including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, to the Department of Justice. Yes, the same Department of Justice stonewalling Congress and the American people on Operation Fast and Furious.  What could go wrong?

The move comes as the Obama administration faces heat for suggesting riots in more than 30 countries are not anti-American, but a result of an anti-Islam YouTube video. The administration has also claimed the murder of Americans in Libya wasn't a pre-planned attack, but also a reaction to the video. Intelligence sources say otherwise.

The United States just experienced a terrorist attack on the anniversary of 9/11 and the Obama administration is attacking free speech as a result to distract away from its own failed policies.
