Florida Judge: Obama Administration Has Seven Days

Florida Judge John Vinson, who ruled ObamaCare unconstitutional in its entirety on January 31, has just clarified his decision by ordering the Obama Administration to file an appeal to his decision within seven days so that the case can be expedited to the Supreme Court.

This comes after the Department of Justice asked Judge Vincent to clarify his decision, claiming attorneys there weren't clear on what his ruling really meant.
