Diplomat Was on His Way to Visit Jailed Al Qaeda Member

The Qatari Diplomat, Mohammed al Modad, who joked yesterday about "lighting his shoes on fire," was on his way to visit with a jailed Al Qaeda agent in Denver who was involved in the planning of a second wave of attacks on September 11.

According to FoxNews anchor Shepard Smith, there is still little information as to why he was visiting or what the meeting was going to be about.
