Another bad sign for newspapers

Adding to the constant bad news for the newspaper industry is a little anecdote from this morning's sunrise Easter service at the Lincoln Memorial.

Near the end of the service, the pastor asked for a show of hands from the nearly 4,000 attendees -- How did you hear about this service?

"Our ad in the Washington Post?" Three hands

"Our ad in the Washington Times?" Four hands

"On the radio?" Dozens of hands.

Newspapers are suffering at both ends. People won't spend 50 cents to read it. And advertisers will soon figure out that nobody is seeing their ads.
