Tax Day Tea Party: Shakin' Up Uncle Sam

Thousands of protesters gathered in D.C. for Tax Day, with a major rally held outside the IRS building on Pennsylvania Avenue around noon today. Another protest will be held between 5:45 and 9pm tonight near the Washington Monument, so if you want to come out and holler, there's still time to do it!

This morning's protest had all of the tell-tale signs of tea party mania: rowdy speakers, funky signs, catchy slogans, great costumes, and of course, patriotic Americans from every walk of life. I think we're quickly putting to rest the notion that the left is better at street protests...
