A Detroit store gave cash to people in exchange for government food stamps, and in some cases, in exchange for Viagra, porn, liquor or painkillers. Then the store would redeem the food stamps for cash, raking in over $130,000 over 2 1/2 years.

The store has since closed, but government officials are investigating three men who collaborated in the scheme.
