The Department of Health and Human Services released new regulations yesterday, requiring health insurance companies to justify premium hikes. So this is what they meant by bending the cost curve!

I wonder if the companies that have to raise rates because of Obamacare will be able to say so.

I also wonder how many insurance companies will still be around after the thugs in HHS finish putting them through the ringer, but that's another story for another day.
