In an interview with Heritage, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey called what current Attorney General Eric Holder did in deciding to continue investigating CIA interrogators -- without reading the memos on the case saying why the prosecutions shouldn't go forward-- "unconscionable" and said it inevitably will hurt U.S. intelligence gathering. He also discusses the PATRIOT Act.

Remember, Holder also got in trouble before Congress for not reading SB 1070 before criticizing it. Does Holder read anything? How did this man get through law school?
