What's Going on With Rep. Weiner and Clarence Thomas' Law License?

Does Rep. Anthony Weiner really have nothing better to do? He's currently going after Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, declaring that he should recuse himself from any constitutionality deliberations on ObamaCare because his wife got income from the Heritage Foundation (against ObamaCare), which Thomas forgot to disclose.

But now, the game just got more intense.

Fox News reported that a left blog, quoting  House Judiciary Committee aides, said Weiner was leading a charge to disbar Thomas for perjury and be investigated by the DOJ for bribery. Fox News reached out to Weiner's office, who has denied that story is true. However, Fox News made a point to say Weiner did not address whether he is trying to get Thomas disbarred. So, after all the drama, it's inconclusive.

Tom Goldstein of ScotusBlog was on Megyn Kelly's program and indicated Thomas should be fine against any of the current rumored charges.
