President Donald J. Trump took to Twitter this morning to lambast Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) over the ongoing Obamacare repeal debate and to try and sway Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) to support the Graham-Cassidy healthcare bill.
Sen. McCain issued a statement Friday that he will not be voting in favor of the Graham-Cassidy healthcare bill.
His primary objection to the bill is that it is not going through Congress via proper channels. More specifically, Sen. McCain says there needs to be more debate on the subject, so that a quality bi-partisan solution can be achieved.
Ultimately, the Arizona senator "cannot vote for this bill in good conscience because he has not seen the Congressional Budget Office score" and fears that it will harm too many people by taking away access to healthcare.
In response, President Trump sent the following tweets this morning. President Trump is referring to South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham (R) as Graham is one of the architects behind the bill and a good friend of John McCain.
John McCain never had any intention of voting for this Bill, which his Governor loves. He campaigned on Repeal & Replace. Let Arizona down— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 23, 2017
Arizona had a 116% increase in ObamaCare premiums last year, with deductibles very high. Chuck Schumer sold John McCain a bill of goods. Sad

Large Block Grants to States is a good thing to do. Better control & management. Great for Arizona. McCain let his best friend L.G. down!

Trump's tweets did not end with Sen. McCain. He also showed confidence that Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) will support the healthcare measure.
Just yesterday, Trump attacked the Kentucky senator on twitter. Senator Rand Paul has issued statements that he will not be "bribed nor bullied" into supporting the bill.
I know Rand Paul and I think he may find a way to get there for the good of the Party!

President Trump also sent a message to Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski, noting the high deductibles in the moderate Republican's state.
Alaska had a 200% plus increase in premiums under ObamaCare, worst in the country. Deductibles high, people angry! Lisa M comes through.

It is likely Sen. Murkowski will not support the bill. With four republicans Murkowski, McCain, Paul and Susan Collins (ME) likely voting no, it is doubtful this Obamacare repeal attempt will be passed into law.
