Scores of liberals and celebrities threatened to move if Donald Trump won the election. Canada was a popular destination of choice, but some Canucks seem very upset that they have no say in the matter, and are taking to social media to let America's leftists know they aren't welcome.
When did moving to Canada become the backup plan to poor decision making in an election? We didn't get a vote. #ElectionHangover— Dr. Winder Gill (@winder_gill) November 10, 2016
Only one problem with all these crazy liberals and celebrities wanting to move to Canada now...we don't want you #suckstosuck— Patrick Stuart (@patstuart08) November 9, 2016
Backlash against “Girls” creator and star Lena Dunham was particularly strong.
Back in April Dunham said she knows “a lot of people have been threatening” to move, “but I really will.”
'I know a lovely place in Vancouver, and I can get my work done from there,' she added.

Rest assured, our northern friends. Unfortunately for us, few if any will likely follow through. Some, like Amy Schumer, are already backing out of their pledge to leave America.
