Trump: If I Win You'll Be In Jail, Hillary

During the second presidential debate in St. Louis Thursday night, Republican Donald Trump told Democrat Hillary Clinton that if he is elected in November, he will appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the 30,000 emails she deleted before leaving the State Department four years ago. He also said she'll go to jail for putting national secrets at risk.

"The thing you should be apologizing for are the 33,000 emails you deleted and that you acid washed and then the two boxes that were taken from an office and are now missing," Trump said."And I'll tell you what, I wasn't going to say it and I hate to say it, but if I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception, there has never been anything like it and we're going to have a special prosecutor."

"When I go out and speak, the people in this country are furious," Trump continued. "[You fear me as President because] You'll be in jail."

This is the first time in U.S. history a presidential candidate has threatened to retroactively investigate their political opponent.
