France's Macron to speak at Davos economic forum

PARIS (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron told reporters on Wednesday that he would give a speech at the next World Economic Forum of world leaders and CEOs in Davos on Jan. 24.

Macron has seen his popularity bounce back in recent weeks despite what opinion polls show is an image of "president of the rich" that could chime with the world's business elite congregation in the Swiss Alps.
