WARSAW (Reuters) - The Polish lower house of parliament passed on Friday a bill on changes to the Supreme Court, a part of a broader overhaul of the country's judiciary criticised by the European Union.

The parliament, where the ruling conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party has a majority, is still to vote on a bill on the election of members of the National Judiciary Council.
