About 50 injured in Germany as trains collide near Duesseldorf

BERLIN (Reuters) - Several people were injured in a train crash near the German city of Duesseldorf, fire department and police spokesmen said on Tuesday.

German broadcaster ARD reported that about 50 people had been injured after a passenger train drove into a freight train in the town of Meerbusch.
