MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexican authorities say another man has been arrested in the September disappearance of 43 students from a rural teachers' college in the southern state of Guerrero.

Federal police say suspect Miguel Angel Landa Bahena was an associate of the leader of the drug gang that prosecutors allege kidnapped and killed the students and incinerated their remains.

Police said Saturday that Landa Bahena was carrying a gun when he was arrested in Mexico City.

Authorities have arrested at least 105 suspects in the case, including the mayor of the town where the students were last seen and many members of the local police force. Officers are alleged to have detained the students and turned them over to the Guerreros Unidos drug gang.
