HAGATNA, Guam (AP) — Family members of three Guam teens who died in a Thanksgiving weekend hit-and-run say they were inseparable.
Nineteen-year-old Cherrica Gallen, 16-year-old Saly Santos and 16-year-old Julia George were killed early Saturday.
The trio enjoyed a beach outing Friday night before being dropped off at a subdivision known as Zero Down just before midnight.
Police say tire marks indicated a vehicle veered off the lane leading into the subdivision. Police say the vehicle was likely a Nissan. No arrests have been made.
Gallen's father, Bryan Gallen, tells Pacific Daily News ( http://ow.ly/FeTuj ) the families are thinking of holding joint rosary prayers in honor of the teens' friendship. He says the girls did everything together.
Two of the girls were pronounced dead after they were taken to Guam Memorial Hospital. The other girl died later Saturday.
