LONDON (AP) — The jury at a semi-secret terrorism trial in Britain has been dismissed, and prosecutors say they will seek a retrial.

Jurors had been deliberating for five days in the case of 26-year-old Erol Incedal when they were discharged Tuesday. No explanation was given for the decision.

Prosecutors said Incedal may have been planning indiscriminate Mumbai-style shootings or to attack a "significant" individual. The address of former Prime Minister Tony Blair was found in his car.

Incedal denies plotting any attack.

Prosecutors had sought to have the trial held in secret on national security grounds.

After a challenge from media organizations, a judge ruled that some sections should be held in public. But a large part of the evidence was heard behind closed doors.
