Nepal's main opposition parties have protested in parliament to demand the prime minister sack two ministers.
Parliament members from Nepali Congress and Communist Party of Nepal (UML) want Defense Minister Sharad Singh Bhandari and Land Reforms Minister Prabhu Sah sacked.
Sah is a suspect in a murder case and state prosecutors have refused to lodge a case against him, citing lack of evidence. Bhandari is alleged to have said that the country's southern districts could split to form a separate state.
Both men have denied the allegations.
The protesting lawmakers say they will continue to protest in parliament until the two are sacked. On Thursday, they gave protest speeches and forced the day's meeting to be stopped.
