An official says a landslide has buried workers building a canal in a mountain village in west Nepal, killing at least four people and leaving several people missing.
Chief Government Administrator of Baglung district Khem Bahadur Thapa said villagers rescued nine injured workers from the landslide and also pulled out four bodies.
Thapa says villagers believe up to about 10 people might be missing.
Rase village, located about 100 miles (160 kilometers) west of Katmandu, is only accessible on foot.
Officials sent a team of police and army rescuers to the village.
