Romanian authorities say they have extinguished a raging fire on a ship docked near the Black Sea city of Constanta.
The fire started early Monday on the Panama-registered vessel FGM Europe that has been undergoing repairs in Midia-Navodari, a small port just north of Constanta. Firefighters battled with the fire for six hours before it was put out.
Port spokesman Catalin Arteni has told Agerpres news agency that there are no victims. He says the cause of the fire has not been established.
