A Norwegian official says a millionaire grocery chain executive is missing after a boating accident in southern Norway.
Andreas Worndahl, head of security at Per-Erik Burud's Kiwi discount groceries, says two women died in the accident in the Vestfold archipelago early Wednesday morning.
The NTB news agency has identified one of the victims as Burud's 48-year-old wife, Anita Burud. A fourth person was also involved in the accident but survived and is being treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the accident is not clear.
Vestfold police could not be reached for comment.
Burud got involved in the Kiwi chain in the early 1990s. He is described by local media as one of Norway's richest business men.
