29 killed in 60 strikes on Libyan capital: government

TRIPOLI (Reuters) - At least 29 people were killed in 60 strikes on the Libyan capital on Tuesday, government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim told reporters.

Tripoli came under unprecedented sustained bombardment on Tuesday by NATO-led forces, who say they will not stop bombing until leader Muammar Gaddafi leaves power.
