The father of a 22-year-old American man who went missing in Germany over a week ago says he is "terrified" by his son's disappearance.
Devon Hollahan had been teaching English in Prague since July. He was last seen at around 3 a.m. on Nov. 21 after a concert in Frankfurt. He was traveling back to a hostel with a friend, who stopped to ask for directions. When the friend turned back around, Hollahan was gone.
His father, Jeff Hollahan of Scottsdale, Arizona, said after arriving Monday in Frankfurt that "we have heard nothing since that time ... I'm anxious to talk with the police and the U.S. governmental services here."
The U.S. consulate in Frankfurt and local police are both involved in the search for Hollahan.
(This version CORRECTS date that American man went missing.)
