HOLLAND PATENT, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a central New York teenager charged with killing his father used a rifle to commit the slaying and then covered the victim's body with a tarp in their backyard.
Time Warner Cable News reports (http://bit.ly/29FC9Cr ) that according to court documents, 17-year-old Austin Parker killed 52-year-old Steven Parker in late May at their home in the Oneida County village of Holland Patent.
