ELIZABETH, N.J. (AP) — The death toll in an explosion that rocked a northern New Jersey home in November has risen to four.
NJ.com (bit.ly/1lTswCd) reports that 11-year-old Tyquan Henderson died Tuesday, three weeks after the death of his 36-year-old sister, Tavasha Henderson.
Both siblings were hurt in the Nov. 11 blast at a multifamily home in Elizabeth where they lived. Officials have said the ground floor of the three-story home was illegally converted into a living unit with gas and electric, and the explosion was caused by gas.
