EAST TROY, Wis. (AP) — The latest on the search for victims of a canoe accident at a Wisconsin lake (all times local):
The search is about to resume for the last of four Illinois men who disappeared after a canoe accident in southern Wisconsin.
Crews have recovered three bodies from the icy lake. The search for the fourth missing man was set to resume Tuesday morning after ending for the day Monday evening.
Searchers have been scouring Mill Lake, about 35 miles southeast of Milwaukee, since the four young men were reported missing Sunday.
Authorities in East Troy say the men were staying with friends at a lake house. They were reported missing after footprints leading to the boathouse were discovered in the snow and a canoe was spotted overturned in the lake.
Two men were found dead shortly after the search began. A third body was recovered Monday afternoon.
