HOPE, Ark. (AP) — U.S. authorities have joined the investigation into a fire that damaged the childhood home of former President Bill Clinton in Arkansas.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said Tuesday that it's investigating the Christmas morning fire at the home in Hope, along with the FBI, the National Park Service and the U.S. Department of the Interior.

The home is a national historic site. Clinton lived there for four years as a child. The fire has been ruled an arson.

The ATF says it's offering a reward of up to $5,000 in the case. The National Park Service is offering a $2,500 reward.
