KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Police say a 16-year-old girl has been found safe after she was kidnapped at gunpoint from a Knoxville apartment.

An Amber Alert was issued Thursday for Harlea Hunter Webster. Knoxville Police said on Facebook that officers responded to a robbery report at the apartment about 1:50 a.m. Police said a man entered the apartment, demanding money, and then grabbed Harlea and forced her out of the apartment at gunpoint.

On Thursday, The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said 32-year-old William Henry Leonard is suspected in the kidnapping. He has been added to the TBI's 10 Most Wanted List.

Leonard is described as African-American, six feet, two inches tall and about 246 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his arms and chest, and the TBI says he should be considered armed and dangerous.
