BALTIMORE (AP) — Authorities say three llamas that were on the loose in Baltimore County have been returned home.
Local media outlets report that police spokesman Cpl. John Wachter says county police were called Friday morning to recapture the animals, which had wandered off from their home.
Wachter says the llamas didn't stray far from home and were docile and easy to return. He says a dog helped officers by chasing one of the animals back toward home.
Before the animals were corralled that morning, police put out an alert to motorists to use extra caution in case the animals wandered into the road.
