NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — A funky smell is not growing on some New Jersey Transit train passengers.

The trains are kept at a rail yard about a quarter of a mile from a mulch factory in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Officials believe the smell has permeated some rail cars.

NJ Transit spokesman William Smith tells NJ.com (http://bit.ly/1y402Lq ) the agency has received 11 complaints about the smell. The agency is exploring its options.
