FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — A valet manager at a Boston hotel has testified at Aaron Hernandez's murder trial that he saw what he believed to be a gun tucked in the former NFL player's waistband two nights before the killing.
Samson Michael testified Tuesday that he saw Hernandez outside the W Hotel at around 1:30 am. June 15, two days before Odin Lloyd was shot to death at an industrial park near Hernandez's home.
Michael says Hernandez had left a black SUV at the W's valet service and had come back to get something. Michael says he saw a black object he thought was a gun tucked into Hernandez's waistband as he lifted up his shirt.
Hernandez's lawyer questioned how clear his view was through an SUV window.
