LOS ANGELES (AP) — Jodie Foster is up for a pair of awards for directing comedy and drama on television.

The Directors Guild of America announced TV nominees Wednesday for its annual honors, and Foster's name was called twice: in the drama series category for an episode of "House of Cards" and in the comedy series category for an installment of "Orange is the New Black."

Other dramatic contenders include Dan Attias and Lesli Linka Glatter for separate episodes of "Homeland," Cary Fukunaga for "True Detective" and Alex Graves for "Game of Thrones." Competing in the comedy category are Louis C.K. for "Louie," Mike Judge for "Silicon Valley," Gail Mancuso for "Modern Family" and Jill Soloway for "Transparent."

Film and television winners will be announced at a Feb. 7 ceremony in Beverly Hills.
