PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland police have arrested the second of three people believed to be involved in a shooting outside a Portland high school.
Police said Sunday that 18-year-old Marquel Dugas was arrested on a probation violation, and they are working to identify a third person connected with Friday's shooting.
A 16-year-old victim, Taylor Michelle Zimmers, remains hospitalized in serious condition, while 20-year-old David Jackson-Liday was in fair condition.
Police said 17-year-old Labraye Franklin was released from the hospital on Saturday.
Police earlier arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with the shooting. Lonzo Murphy was charged with a parole violation and could face additional charges. Police say he's a "person of interest" in an incident they believe was related to gang activity.
