LAS VEGAS (AP) — The "November Nine" return to the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas to play no-limit Texas Hold 'em and vie for the World Series of Poker's $10 million top prize.
Nine young poker playing men have spent four months away from the main event waiting for the chance to be the last player with piles of chips in front of him. The competition starts Monday night and continues Tuesday.
The group averages 28 years old — among the youngest in main event history. Only one has sat at the final table before and he was knocked out last year in the first round.
The poker playing begins at 4:35 p.m. PST and will continue until two players are left.
The final two players return Tuesday night for the win.
