Official: Suspect angry during tuition talks

An official at a California college where a gunman went on a deadly shooting rampage says he had several meetings with the suspect over a financial dispute.

Police and Oikos University officials have said One Goh was angry because the school would not fully refund his tuition after he dropped out of the nursing program in November.

Oikos' Chief Operating Officer Jaehoon Moon told KGO-TV ( http://bit.ly/If3ZzR) that officials had three long meetings with Goh. Moon says Goh wanted $4,000 to $6,000 back.

Moon says the suspect got very angry during the second meeting, but after the third meeting, officials thought the issue was resolved and that Goh would return to the nursing program.
