Tennessee authorities say a sport utility vehicle hit a tractor-trailer head-on, killing a woman and her three young sons.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the SUV driven by 31-year-old Stephanie N. Brown crossed the center line Tuesday evening on a state road in Harriman, hitting the truck. Brown was killed, along with her three sons: 8-month-old Grason, 7-year-old Jackson and 9-year-old Gage.
Both vehicles caught fire and burned. The driver of the truck had minor injuries.
Tennessee Highway Patrol Sgt. Bobby Clevenger says it's unknown why the SUV veered into the other lane.
No charges will be filed.
